Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Upon verification:
- A replacement will be issued, or  
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method  

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We recommend trying our discovery set before purchasing full-size products to ensure satisfaction.
